Job summary

Hyve Group is seeking a highly organized Sales and Marketing Coordinator to support the Sales Team with managing sales materials, CRM data, campaign lists, proposals, and cross-functional marketing coordination. The ideal candidate is proactive, able to manage multiple priorities, and highly attentive to data accuracy and deadlines.

The role involves maintaining partner collateral, updating campaign lists, supporting proposals, and coordinating pre/post-show activities.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and project-management skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing platforms (Microsoft Dynamics, Brevo, etc.).
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; Microsoft Office experience.
• Early Career with 1–2 years experience.
• Able to travel 10%–15%.
• Proactive with data accuracy and deadline management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage sales materials including partner books and collateral.
• Keep CRM and lead databases clean and up to date; segment audiences and manage leads.
• Assist in creating client proposals and presentations using Canva templates.
• Coordinate targeted campaign lists and calendar across Sales and Marketing.
• Provide administrative support to Sales team and cross-functional collaboration.
