Job summary

Shoptalk seeks a highly organized Sales and Marketing Coordinator to support the Sales Team with materials, CRM data, and campaign coordination. The role involves maintaining partner collateral, lead routing, and creating proposals that reflect current products, sponsorships, and pricing.

The ideal candidate will manage multiple priorities, ensure data accuracy, and collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Programming, and Operations. Some travel is required during peak event seasons.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and project-management skills.
• Experience with CRM systems and marketing platforms.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and MS Office.
• 1–2 years of early career experience.
• Willingness to travel 10–15%.

Responsibilities

• Support maintenance of Sales materials, partner collateral, and inventory alignment.
• Perform CRM and lead data cleanup, deduplication, and account research.
• Assist in creating client proposals and partnership presentations using Canva and templates.
• Coordinate targeted campaign lists, calendar planning, and campaign reporting.
• Provide general administrative support to Sales and Marketing, ensuring data accuracy and processes alignment.
