Job summary

Exotic Automation & Supply is seeking a dedicated Sales & Marketing Assistant to support the Sales & Marketing teams with administrative tasks, CRM upkeep, lead coordination, travel arrangements, and presentation preparation.

You will assist with events, marketing materials, and reporting; prior experience with MS Office and CRM systems is beneficial; strong organization is essential.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Business or related field; Bachelor's degree preferred (may substitute three years of Marketing or Administrative experience).
• Three years progressive work experience (prefer in administrative role).
• Proficient in computer use; MS Office preferred; Pick-UNI Database and website design a plus.
• Previous creative experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with customer account maintenance and updating.
• Process and analyze daily sales reports; support Executive Management.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and schedule events for Sales team.
• Develop marketing materials and support ecommerce product lines.
