Country Casual Teak is seeking an organized Sales and Marketing Support Specialist to back the sales team. You will enter orders and proposals, prepare presentations, and keep CRM data accurate while supporting clients by phone, web chat, and email.

The role emphasizes cross-functional teamwork with Sales and Marketing, aiming to exceed client expectations through timely, detailed communications and strong process discipline.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in a sales or customer service environment.
• Strong interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication, both over the phone and in person.
• Proficient with MS Word, Outlook and Excel.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools; Zoho CRM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Enter orders and proposals using the company CRM and ERP tools.
• Prepare sales collateral and formal proposals/presentations.
• Maintain the CRM database integrity and accuracy.
• Assist clients by phone, web chat, and email.
• Create dashboards to track baseline sales metrics.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and Operations.
