Job summary

Signature Companies, LLC in Sioux Falls, SD is seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Director / Sales Manager to lead our sales and marketing efforts in homebuilding and development. This hands-on leadership role emphasizes strategic thinking, team development, and strong communication with executives across departments.

You will develop sales strategies, oversee performance, manage budgets, and build relationships with realtors and brokers while ensuring initiatives align with business

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• Real Estate License or willing to obtain.
• 5+ years of sales experience.
• Experience managing sales and/or marketing teams.
• Experience with HubSpot or other CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue from for-sale housing product.
• Provide relevant and accurate sales and marketing data / reports to upper management to guide organizational strategy.
• Oversee sales activity, open houses, listings, buyer follow-up, and realtor performance.
• Maintain accurate and clean CRM database – set and enforce policies & procedures with 3rd parties entering CRM data.
• Provide accurate and timely information to all sales agents to ensure they are armed with information to sell.
• Collaborate with sales team to develop regular schedule of events targeting real estate professionals, homebuyers, and current homeowners.
• Attend industry events to represent Signature Companies.
• Build and maintain relationships with key realtors, brokers, buyers, and industry partners.
• Manage sales and marketing partnerships and budgets.
• Prepare sales & marketing budgets to upper management and monitor ongoing spending to align with budget.
• Own relationship with 3rd party brokerages, marketing consultants, etc.
• Seek out new partnership opportunities aligned with Signature Companies’ mission and strategy.
• Review and recommend pricing, incentives, and positioning for new and existing homes based on market conditions and competitive activity.
• Recommend new housing starts, floor plans, features, finishes, and product changes based on buyer and realtor feedback.
• Monitor inventory, sales activity, and market trends and communicate recommendations to leadership.
