Signature Companies LLC is seeking a high-impact sales leader to drive revenue for for-sale housing and provide strategic data to upper management. You will lead a sales team and 3rd-party realtors, oversee open houses/listings, and maintain CRM data integrity with partners.

You’ll represent Signature Companies at industry events, build strong relationships with realtors, brokers, and buyers, and guide pricing and inventory strategies based on market trends.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• Real estate license or willingness to obtain one.
• 5+ years of sales experience.
• Experience managing sales and/or marketing teams.
• Experience with HubSpot or other CRM software.

Aufgaben

• Grow revenue from for-sale housing product.
• Provide relevant sales and marketing data/reports to upper management to guide strategy.
• Lead sales team and third-party realtors; oversee activities, listings, and follow-up.
• Maintain CRM data integrity and enforce data-entry policies with partners.
• Represent Signature Companies in the local real estate market at industry events and build relationships with realtors and brokers.
• Manage sales/marketing partnerships and budgets; monitor spend against budget.
• Guide pricing, product and inventory strategy based on market conditions and feedback.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify partnerships and opportunities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
