On-site | Winter Park, FL | MICROJIG
Base Pay: $55,000–$60,000 per year (depending on experience)

Do you love woodworking and marketing? We’re looking for someone with a genuine passion for both—and a desire to grow in a role that blends creativity, organization, and community building. This is a hands‑on position that supports sales, marketing, and leadership at a company that’s redefining safety and innovation in the woodworking world.

Who You Are

You’re organized, detail-oriented, and looking for a role where you can learn and grow. You’re passionate about marketing and eager to build a career in the field—but you’re also the kind of person who’s not afraid to roll up your sleeves and handle the day-to-day tasks that keep a business running. You appreciate creativity and craftsmanship, and if you have an interest in woodworking, DIY projects, or making things with your hands, you’ll feel right at home here. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to start on the administrative side and grow into a larger marketing role over time.

Top 3 Must-Haves
  • Organized & Proactive: Detail-oriented, great at follow-up, highly dependable, and a true team player.
  • Community-Oriented: Enjoys collaborating with others and helping build meaningful connections through events, customer engagement, and outreach.
  • Marketing-Minded: Has a basic foundation in marketing and sales—with a desire to learn and grow in the field through hands‑on experience.
What You Will Do

This position supports MICROJIG, a company known for innovation in the woodworking tools industry. The role is based at their Winter Park headquarters and touches multiple departments—marketing, sales, customer service, and administration. You'll be the go-to for keeping things organized and running smoothly, from managing the CEO’s schedule to assisting with marketing campaigns and customer engagement.

How You Will Do It
In-House Coordination
  • Manage cross‑functional workflows and assist leadership with scheduling, travel, and internal projects.
  • Maintain shared files, calendars, and process documents.
Marketing & Sales Support
  • Coordinate social media and influencer outreach.
  • Assist with content creation, events, campaigns, and performance tracking.
  • Update store locator, support lead research, and CRM data maintenance.
Customer & Community Engagement
  • Respond to service inquiries.
  • Support initiatives that build brand connection and community.
Why This Role Matters

While this is first and foremost an administrative role, the right person—someone reliable, curious, and marketing-minded—can absolutely grow into a bigger opportunity at MICROJIG. If you’re looking to learn the ropes, contribute meaningfully, and be part of a forward‑thinking team, this could be the perfect fit.
