What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead a commercial team to drive new business and grow existing accounts in designated markets
- Collaborate cross-functionally with safety, quality, production, and customer service teams to enhance customer experience
- Develop and implement strategic commercial initiatives and sales plans to exceed sales targets
- Manage sales forecasts by territory and market while addressing customer needs promptly
- Support new product launches and create strategies to enter new markets and acquire customers

What is Required (Qualifications):
- BS degree or equivalent industry experience preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of sales management experience in the PVC fittings market
- Proven ability to read and understand blueprints and contracts
- Strong business and financial acumen for sound decision-making
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with contractors, engineers, and government officials

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in leading teams and developing sales strategies
- Familiarity with CRM software and proficient in Microsoft Office programs
- Valid Driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- Proven track record of negotiating and closing deals
