Job Summary: The Environmental Market Manager (Southeast Region) is responsible for developing and implementing a strategic plan for the environmental market (including wastewater, water treatment, ENV aftermarket sales, and environmental OEMs), as well as growing SEEPEX Inc. sales and margins in this market. The area includes Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Alabama, Mississippi, Missouri, Arkansas, Louisiana, Kansas, Oklahoma, and Texas.

Responsibilities:

• Manage Environmental Sales Channel Partners to increase sales revenue.
• Manage environmental sales opportunities through the sales cycle and assist partners in closing projects.
• Utilize analytics and dashboards for review meetings.
• Make joint sales calls with partners to promote SEEPEX products and services.
• Educate partners and engineers on SEEPEX products and specifications.
• Maintain relationships within engineering firms.
• Review specifications and position products to gain competitive advantage.
• Direct aftermarket sales partners and team members to call on plants.
• Analyze competitors and record differences.
• Recommend equipment to application engineers.
• Hold pre-bid meetings, review pricing, and track project bids and results.
• Develop presentations on competitive advantages and stay informed on competitor activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• 3+ years’ experience selling value-based services.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.

Travel & Work Arrangements:

• Remote with up to 70% travel.

Pay Range: $90,000 - $110,000 plus bonuses and incentives based on experience and location.
