Job summary

Golden Years Home Care is seeking a career-minded, self-motivated sales manager to create new referral contacts, engage the community, handle online leads, and close deals. The role requires weekly reporting, tracking referral development, lead closing, event coordination, and independently managing the schedule.

A background in sales and marketing is necessary; industry experience is a plus but not required. Base salary plus commission with profit sharing may apply.

The ideal candidate will be required to submit weekly reports, track referral source development, obtain and close leads, run events, and manage his/her own schedule. Base salary plus commission.
