The role includes a training period at $20/hour for 2-6 weeks (no commission) with post-training earnings potential of $60,000-$80,000+ including base, bonus, and commissions. Evening/weekend availability and retail leadership experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of sales or retail experience.
• Strong communication, leadership and customer service skills.
• Goal-oriented with strong business and financial understanding.
• Retail sales management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive store and individual sales goals and performance.
• Coach, train, and motivate the sales team.
• Champion the La-Z-Boy selling process and in-home design program.
• Recognize top talent and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Support sales events, promotions, and store operations.
• Address customer concerns and maintain a clean showroom.
