Training Pay starts at $20/hour for 2-6 weeks with no commission, and earnings after training range from $70,000 to $90,000+ including base, bonus, and commissions. This role requires retail sales experience and strong business acumen.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365.
• Financial understanding for sales targets and budgeting.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage a team and drive customer service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or surpass store and individual sales goals, annual operating benchmarks, and personal objectives.
• Promote In-home design program.
• Champion and role model the selling process by overseeing the interaction on sales floor and evaluating team performance.
• Provide coaching, training, and support to sales teams to improve sales techniques and performance.
• Ensure staff deliver exceptional customer service, building long-term relationships.
• Recruit, train, and mentor staff to meet sales targets while fostering a positive work environment.
• Ensure the store reflects brand image, values and customer experience standards.
• Support marketing initiatives and promotions in line with brand positioning.
• Resolve customer concerns and ensure flawless operational execution.
