Milan Laser Hair Removal in Hartford, CT is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a commission-driven sales team. Base salary is $60,000 with a 3% uncapped commission and an anticipated total earning range of $100,000–$110,000+.

The role focuses on driving revenue, coaching two to five staff, and delivering exceptional client experiences. You will analyze sales data, present tailored laser treatment packages, and expand clinic revenue while maintaining top-tier customer service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a commission driven environment.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and leading top-performing teams.
• Exceptional consultative selling, negotiation, and closing abilities.
• Strategic thinking and ability to anticipate client needs and provide proactive recommendations.
• Ability to mentor and manage a team of two to five employees to peak performance.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Comfortable using various computer systems and software.
• High school diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
