This role offers a base salary of $55,000 plus uncapped 3.0% commission, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities to shape customer experiences while expanding market presence. You will mentor two to five team members and build strong client relationships.

• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals.

Responsabilités

• Execute established sales processes to hit revenue targets.
• Manage the full sales cycle from consultative selling to closing and retention.
• Analyze sales data and KPIs to identify opportunities.
• Deliver engaging consultations to convert leads and educate on packages.
• Promote treatment packages with persuasive value propositions.
• Solicit client reviews and referrals; utilize financing options.
• Coach two to five team members toward goals and a positive culture.
