Ideal candidates have 2+ years in a commission-driven environment, a proven sales track record, and strong consultative selling and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a commission driven environment.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and leading teams.
• Exceptional consultative selling, negotiation, and closing abilities.
• Strategic thinking with proactive recommendations.
• Mentor and manage a small team (2–5 employees).
• Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient with computer systems and software.

Responsibilities

• Execute established sales processes to achieve revenue targets.
• Manage the full sales cycle: consult, close, and retain customers.
• Analyze sales data and KPIs to identify improvements.
• Deliver engaging consultations to convert leads and educate clients.
• Promote treatment packages using persuasive techniques.
• Solicit client reviews and referrals.
• Utilize financing options to drive sales excellence.
• Coach team members to reach sales goals and maintain a positive environment.
• Foster strong customer relationships with world-class service.
• Answer client questions about treatments; protect confidential information.
• Operate day-to-day with multiple computer systems.
