Job summary

Milan Laser Hair Removal is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead a small team and drive revenue growth across its nationwide clinics. You will develop sales strategies, coach two to five associates, and close opportunities with high‑value clients while upholding exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a commission-driven environment
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and leading top-performing teams
• Exceptional consultative selling, negotiation, and closing abilities
• Strategic thinking and ability to anticipate client needs and provide proactive recommendations
• Ability to mentor and manage a team of two to five employees to peak performance
• Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
• Comfortable using various computer systems and software
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent work experience) and high school diploma/GED

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of 2–5 client specialists to meet sales targets.
• Develop and execute strategies to grow revenue across clinics.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to close and post-sale care.
• Maintain high level of customer service and client satisfaction.
• Analyze sales data to improve performance and forecasting.
• Collaborate with marketing to optimize campaigns and lead generation.
• Foster a culture of integrity, inclusivity, and accountability.
