Job summary

Milan Laser Hair Removal is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a small team, drive revenue, and shape the client experience across the sales cycle for laser hair removal packages. You will coach two to five team members, use data and KPIs to optimize performance, and close deals with consultative selling while delivering world-class service.

The role includes base salary plus uncapped commissions and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a commission-driven environment.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and leading top teams.
• Exceptional consultative selling, negotiation and closing abilities.
• Strategic thinking with ability to anticipate client needs and provide proactive recommendations.
• Able to mentor 2–5 employees to peak performance.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient with CRM systems and sales software.
• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute established sales processes to achieve revenue targets.
• Manage all aspects of the sales cycle—consulting, closing, and retention.
• Analyze sales data and KPIs to identify opportunities and improvements.
