Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist Branch Manager with recruiting and training; develop and implement sales plans.
• Grow loan origination by contacting current and potential customers and understanding needs.
• Educate customers on lending services and help with loan applications and payments.
• Support branch operations, risk analysis, and credit decision processes.
• Contribute to meeting sales goals while promoting core company values and customer experience.
