Job summary

Republic Finance, LLC is seeking an entry-level Assistant Branch Manager in Hammond, LA to help customers meet their financial goals. You will complete an 18–24 month paid training program, learn branch operations, and prepare to manage your own location.

You will originate loan business, educate customers on lending options, assist with recruiting and training, and support sales goals while upholding the company's values. A Bachelor's degree is required and relocation is provided for promotions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required. Ideal majors include Business, Finance, Sales or related field.
• 1 year or more of customer facing sales experience (i.e. retail sales, goal-oriented, incentive based) is preferred but not required.
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude, strong communication and customer relations skills.
• Ability to work well independently, as well as a team member in a fast-paced environment and successfully navigate priorities.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must meet our acceptable standards for criminal background history, credit history and pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Ability to meet the eligibility requirements for insurance licensing in order to sell voluntary insurance products.
• Willingness and ability to relocate for promotion into a Branch Manager role. *Full Relocation package is provided for moves more than 50 miles.

Responsibilities

• As an entry-level ABM, you will go through an 18-24 month on-the-job paid training program learning all branch operations and management.
• You actively seek opportunities to originate new loan business by contacting current and potential customers and listening to understand their needs so you can recommend suitable consumer loan products.
• Educate customers on consumer lending services, including improving credit and debt consolidation.
• Assist Branch Manager with recruiting and training as well as developing plans to meet sales goals and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
• Promotion to Branch Manager typically requires relocation, with a full relocation package provided when promoting our ABMs.
