Job summary

SCI is seeking a sales leadership professional in Victorville, CA to coach and develop a high-performing sales team. You will drive monthly revenue, review contracts, and coordinate with marketing on campaigns, while guiding staff through prospecting, closing, and pricing strategies.

The role requires a four-year sales track record, a Series 6/7 license or ability to obtain, and a valid California driver’s license. Travel local to multiple locations is expected.

Qualifications

• Must have at least four years of sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding goals.
• Series 6 or 7 license, current in-state, or within six months of employment.
• Valid state driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop sales staff to meet monthly revenue goals, including prospecting, public speaking, closing, product knowledge, pricing and contracts.
• Review sales contracts for compliance and provide feedback to staff.
• Utilize CRM systems to identify and assign warm leads.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales management on campaigns and advertising to grow market share.
• Develop annual sales plans for each associate and drive attainment.
