The Juris Agency is seeking a motivated individual in the Boise area to join its Sales Manager Trainee Program. This role is designed to prepare you to build and lead your own Farmers Insurance Agency with hands-on training, mentorship, and a clear pathway to ownership.

You will learn insurance sales, customer service, and team-building skills while earning a supportive financial package as you grow your client base and agency leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and growth opportunities in Boise, Meridian, and Nampa.
• Assist with local marketing campaigns, including digital advertising and referral programs.
• Shadow successful agency owners to learn daily operations, sales strategies, and client retention.
• Generate leads through networking, cold calling, social media outreach, and relationship-building.
• Deliver consultative sales presentations on personal, commercial, life, and financial insurance products.
• Track sales metrics and goals using CRM systems and reporting tools.
• Participate in weekly coaching sessions with district leadership for performance reviews and mentorship.
• Provide outstanding customer service to develop long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities
