Revolution Road Harley Davidson in Massachusetts seeks a seasoned Sales Manager to lead our high-performance sales team, driving performance and delivering outstanding customer experiences. This strategic leadership role requires franchise experience and a passion for powersports.

You will coach and develop the sales staff, optimize showroom operations, and act as the go-to expert for deal structuring, financing products, and complex negotiations to close high-value deals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of dealership sales management experience.
• Strong understanding of deal structure, finance products, and compliance best practices.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for powersports; a motorcycle endorsement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Strategically lead daily showroom operations for both new and pre-owned powersports vehicles, ensuring a seamless and profitable sales process.
• Drive performance metrics by coaching, developing, and holding your sales team accountable to individual and store-wide targets.
• Go-to expert in deal structuring, F&I integration, and customer negotiation—personally assisting in closing complex or high-value deals.
• Monitor and optimize floor traffic coverage and team deployment to maximize conversion and customer satisfaction.
• Partner closely with leadership to ensure alignment with broader business objectives.
• Customer-first approach while maintaining profitability and efficiency across the sales process.

What We're Looking For:

• Weekend availability
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
• Must be able to safely push motorcycles weighing up to 850lbs
• Must be able to safely and efficiently move through the dealership premises- including indoor showrooms, vehicle lots, and service areas- while maintaining awareness of moving vehicles, customer foot traffic, and showroom displays.
