Job summary

Clover Learning, a Clover business unit of Ascend Learning, is seeking a Manager of Sales to lead a team across a multi-state territory. This remote role requires guiding reps, shaping sales strategies, and driving revenue growth while maintaining a strong client focus.

You will coach staff, conduct reviews, and partner with other leaders to optimize performance and achieve annual quotas in education and healthcare markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Marketing or related field.
• 3-5 years of recent sales experience in education or health care sales.
• 3 years sales leadership experience.
• Ability to travel to client locations, corporate training, and tradeshows about 20% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Hire, develop, and manage a team of Sales Reps to build a high-performing culture.
• Coach Reps to achieve revenue targets; assess needs and create training plans.
• Conduct performance reviews and action plans.
• Establish and implement sales practices, structure, goals for the team.
• Collaborate with other sales leaders to align on strategy and drive organizational goals.
• Demonstrate professional communication and cross-functional collaboration.
