Job summary

Google in Seattle is seeking a Sales Manager to lead customer engagements, oversee subcontractors, and drive profitable estimates from site visits.

You will collaborate with founders and operations, participate in weekly scrums, and manage the full sales lifecycle from lead to close, with in-person work and up to 25% travel.

• Create profitable estimates and send them out within 24–48 hours of visiting the customer.
• Send design measurements or photos to a designer for image edits.
• Follow up with leads, stay in communication, and close deals.
• Manage the customer experience at the jobsite, ensuring quality work from contractors.

Job Overview

As a Sales Manager, you will communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. You will oversee subcontractors to ensure quality and timely completion of work, attend meetings, assess services of interest, check current projects, write estimates and follow up with customers, and collaborate with the team. You will work closely with the founder and Operations Manager and participate in weekly scrum meetings to brainstorm and analyze performance.

Pay: $48,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year

Compensation package: Commission pay – Uncapped commission

Schedule: Day shift

Travel requirement: No travel / Up to 25% travel

Relocation: Wichita, KS (Relocate before starting work – required)
