Job summary

Fine Lines Landscaping in Wichita, KS is seeking a Landscape Construction Sales / Project Manager to engage with customers, assess their needs, and provide accurate estimates for landscaping projects. You will maintain ongoing communication with customers to ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle and oversee subcontractors to ensure timely, quality work from start to finish.

This full-time role offers uncapped commissions and a commission-based pay structure, with 25% travel

Responsibilities

• Meeting customers for in person estimates and then uploading all information and photos gathered into our CRM for the whole team to view.
• Creating a profitable estimate and sending it out 24-48 hours after visiting with the customer in person.
• Sending Design Measurements to a designer, or sending photos of the house to a designer for edit image designs.
• Following up staying in communication with our leads, closing deals.
• Managing the customer experience at the jobsite and ensuring quality work from our contractors.

Role Overview

As a Landscape Construction Sales / Project Manager, you will play a vital role in our company's operations by engaging directly with customers, assessing their needs, and providing accurate estimates for landscaping projects. Your responsibilities will extend to maintaining ongoing communication with customers to ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Additionally, you will oversee subcontractors to ensure the quality and timely completion of work.

Day to day work will include going on meetings with customers, assessing what services they are interested in, checking in on current projects ensuring quality work, writing estimates for projects, following up with customers, and meetings with the team.

The sales manager will be working closely with Caleb (founder) & Luke (Operations Manager). We will be having weekly team scrum meetings to brainstorm ideas and analyze performance and efficiency in our processes.
