Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven inside sales experience with at least 1 year in a team lead or management capacity.
• A genuine track record of hitting or exceeding personal sales targets.
• Strong leadership instincts to hold people accountable.
• Confident communicator in customer situations.

Responsibilities

• Carry an active pipeline of inbound and outbound leads.
• Lead, coach, and hold accountable a team of Sales Consultants.
• Set performance expectations and take corrective action.
• Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Monitor team KPIs and generate performance reports.
