Job summary

Canopy Chicago Central Loop - Sales Manager OEM at Aimbridge Hospitality LLC seeks a driven Sales Manager to win new accounts and build lasting relationships across Leisure, SMERF, Business Travel, and Group segments. You will partner with the Director of Sales to drive revenue and elevate the hotel's profile.

As an overtime-eligible manager, you’ll lead sales initiatives, host client tours, and support promotions and events while upholding company standards in downtown Chicago.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; hotel sales experience a plus; valid driver's license.
• Strong communication and selling skills; ability to negotiate, influence, and multitask independently.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; well-organized and able to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Drive results by meeting assigned sales and revenue goals and hitting solicitation targets.
• Proactively reach out with solicitation calls, lead sales tours, and host clients from Leisure, SMERF, Business Travel, and Group segments.
• Grow and nurture existing accounts across all segments through attentive service and engagement.
• Monitor, analyze, and respond to evolving market trends to stay ahead of opportunities.
• Represent the hotel professionally in the community and industry organizations; uphold standards and policies.
• Develop deep knowledge of hotel operations; participate in meetings, promotions, and special functions as needed.
