This role will be based remotely on the West Coast and will be expected to travel to customers and to the corporate office in Seattle, WA, up to 40%.
Trident Seafoods is the largest vertically integrated seafood harvesting and processing company in North America. Trident is a privately held, 100% USA-owned company with primary seafood processing operations and fleet support in twelve Alaska communities. Its global operations produce finished wild Alaska seafood products in 6 countries, serving customers in over 50 countries. The company employs approximately 9,000 people worldwide annually and partners with over 5,400 independent fishermen and crewmembers. Species harvested include virtually every commercial species of salmon, whitefish, and crab from the North Pacific and Alaska. The global supply chain also includes cultured and wild species from trusted sources worldwide.
Trident is seeking a dynamic, highly motivated Sales Manager to join the National Account/Multi-Unit team, reporting to the Sr. Director. The role involves driving revenue, profit, and volume growth, managing relationships with key national and regional chain restaurant accounts, and promoting the company's seafood portfolio, especially Wild Alaska Seafood and value-added products. The Sales Manager will develop and execute strategic sales initiatives, build long-term partnerships, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals. The account coverage will be the middle to western U.S.
Essential Functions
This is a salaried exempt position with an annual salary of $95,000 to $135,000. Trident offers a comprehensive benefits package, including performance incentives, health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, holidays, and parental leave.
