This role will be based remotely on the West Coast and will be expected to travel to customers and to the corporate office in Seattle, WA, up to 40%.
Trident Seafoods is the largest vertically integrated seafood harvesting and processing company in North America. Trident Seafoods is looking for a dynamic, highly motivated, vivacious Sales Manager to join the National Account/Multi-Unit team, reporting to the Sr. Director. The Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue, profit, and volume growth and managing relationships with key national and regional chain restaurant accounts. This role focuses on promoting and expanding the company’s seafood portfolio, with an emphasis on Wild Alaska Seafood and value-added products. The Sales Manager will develop and execute strategic sales initiatives, build long-term partnerships, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals. Success in this role requires a deep understanding of the chain account segment, seafood industry, marketing, finance, competitor landscape, and a proactive approach to market development. The account coverage will be the middle to western part of the United States.

This is a salaried exempt position with an annualized salary range of $95,000 to $135,000.

This job takes place in a typical office environment: temperature controlled with adequate lighting and has moderate noise.
This role will require frequent travel across North America and to the corporate office in Seattle (should candidate be remote), up to 40%.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use a computer for long periods and often sit at a desk in an office environment.
The employee is occasionally required to sit; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear.
The employee moves objects regularly up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds.
