Strategic Account Executive Major Accounts (West Coast)

This role is ideal for experienced sales professionals in the automotive or technology sectors, focusing on managing and growing revenue from major enterprise-level automotive dealership groups. The position involves cultivating C-suite relationships, managing high-value sales cycles, and delivering tailored solutions to drive long-term business value.

Responsibilities
  1. Drive individual revenue growth by managing a pipeline of enterprise sales opportunities.
  2. Collaborate with the Enterprise Sales Executive to meet sales targets.
  3. Lead complex sales processes, including needs assessments and contract negotiations.
  4. Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers at large automotive dealership groups.
  5. Position ACV Auctions as a strategic partner and identify opportunities for account expansion.
  6. Stay informed on automotive industry trends and provide strategic insights to clients.
  7. Partner with internal teams to deliver customized solutions and ensure seamless onboarding.
  8. Analyze sales performance, forecast revenue, and leverage CRM tools for pipeline management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of enterprise sales experience, preferably in automotive or tech sectors.
  • Proven success in managing multi-million-dollar deals and achieving growth.
  • Strong understanding of automotive retail and wholesale operations.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, especially with C-suite executives.
  • Experience with CRM and sales forecasting tools.
  • Ability to travel up to 75% and work remotely.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
  • Reside near a major airport, have a reliable vehicle, and hold a valid driver’s license.
