Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed established location sales quotas
• Provide initial and ongoing sales instruction to Sales Counselors
• Manage Sales Counselors and oversee aftercare, prospecting, and customer service
• Develop marketing programs to heighten community awareness
• Review contracts for compliance and approve discounts
• Maintain marketing materials and sales facilities
• Ensure Code of Conduct compliance and licensure
