ProSource Wholesale is seeking a hands-on Sales Manager for our Springfield showroom to lead a growing team of sales and showroom staff. You will assign leads, coach performance, and drive profitability while building strong relationships with contractors and trade clients.

This role requires sales management experience in wholesale, flooring, or building materials, plus strong communication and financial acumen.

Qualifications

• Sales leadership experience required.
• Wholesale, flooring, or building materials experience preferred.
• Comfort with Microsoft Office, reports and financial data.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales and showroom staff.
• Assign leads and territories to drive performance and profitability.
• Track sales results and coach your team toward goals.
• Recruit, onboard, and train new team members.
• Partner with leadership on strategy, promotions, and showroom events.
• Select and merchandise products that fit your local market.
• Review reports, performance metrics, and P&L results.
