Job summary

Aaron’s Sales Manager role is based in the United States, offering an hourly wage ranging from $13.25 to $14.00 plus incentive pay based on performance. The position emphasizes leadership, customer service, and selling leased merchandise while maintaining showroom standards across store operations.

Responsibilities include building customer and vendor relationships, achieving sales goals, and supporting the General Manager with daily functions.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years old in the United States.
• Requires a valid driver’s license and compliance with Driver Qualification Policy.
• Must be able to be DOT certified, if required in location.
• Able to work hours 9:00 am to 8:00 pm.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. on your own and up to 300 lbs. with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Build long-lasting customer and vendor relationships.
• Set sales goals and drive new business with marketing strategies.
• Maintain accurate service logs and communicate with service providers and customers.
• Assist General Manager with operational functions.
• Assist with deliveries when a driver is not available.
