Job summary

The Aaron's Family of Companies is seeking a Sales Manager to lead in-store performance. The role focuses on generating leads, closing lease agreements, processing renewals, and maintaining showroom merchandise to Aaron's standards.

The position offers an hourly wage of $12.75–$13.50 plus incentive pay based on performance, with benefits and opportunities for advancement.

You will train and coach staff, collaborate with the General Manager, and uphold company policies across all shifts.

Qualifications

• Retail or store management experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and DOT readiness as required.
• Able to lift up to 50 lb.
• Flexible schedule 9:00 am–8:00 pm.

Responsibilities

• Build long-lasting customer and vendor relationships.
• Set sales goals and drive new business with marketing strategies.
• Maintain accurate service logs and regularly communicate with service providers and customers.
• Assist General Manager with operational functions.
• Assist with deliveries when a driver is not available.
