Qualifications

• Requires customer service leadership experience.
• Retail or store management experience preferred.
• Must be 21+ years in the US; valid driver's license and compliance with policy.

Responsibilities

• Build long-lasting customer and vendor relationships.
• Set sales goals and drive new business with marketing strategies.
• Maintain accurate service logs and communicate with service providers and customers.
• Assist General Manager with store operations.
• Assist with deliveries when a driver is unavailable.
