This role emphasizes staff training, compliance, and effective aftercare management. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of sales management experience, a driver’s license, and knowledge of CRM tools.

Qualifications

• Education: High school or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience: Sales Management experience 3–5 years required; supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in presenting, training, coaching, and motivating sales teams a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Insurance license as required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high‑performing sales staff to meet quotas and grow market share.
• Meet and exceed location sales quotas and maintain ethical standards.
• Provide initial and ongoing sales instruction to ensure customer needs are met.
• Manage Sales Counselors and oversee aftercare, prospecting, and closing skills.
• Develop marketing programs suited to the community demographics.
• Review contracts for compliance with laws and company policies.
• Prepare compliance and financial reports and maintain sales materials.
