Job summary

3M HEALTHCARE is seeking an Assistant Manager to set the store tone, lead the team, and bring our brand to life for customers. You will drive profitable sales growth, oversee operations, merchandising, and talent development, and coach Leads, Experts, and Brand Associates to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.

In collaboration with the General Manager, you will cultivate a high performing team, implement action plans, and ensure compliance.

Qualifications

1-3 years of retail management experience.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong communication with customers and team to meet goals.
Passionate about retail and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Driven by metrics to deliver results and meet business goals.
Willing to work a flexible schedule including holidays, evenings, overnights and weekends.

Responsibilities

Support strategies and processes to drive store sales and deliver results through a customer centric mindset.
Recruit, hire and develop Brand Associate and Expert teams.
Own assigned area of responsibility.
Implement action plans to maximize efficiencies and productivity.
Perform Service Leader duties.
Ensure consistent execution of standard operating procedures.
Represent the brand and understand the competition and retail landscape.
Promote community involvement.
Leverage omni-channel to deliver a frictionless customer experience.
Ensure all compliance standards are met.
