Job summary

TopShelf Talent Group seeks a Territory Sales Manager in the North Seattle area (Everett, WA and eastward) to lead healthcare sales initiatives. You will train physicians and staff, recruit practitioners, and build partnerships with clinics, aligning resources to drive growth.

The role emphasizes CRM management, consistent prospecting, and meeting monthly targets, with strong emphasis on communication and relationship-building across providers and office teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or significant related work experience in healthcare or medical sales (required).
• Minimum of 5+ years of sales experience in a business-to-business (B2B) model, with current/previous medical or healthcare sales experience.
• Strong communication skills, both orally and written and the ability to conduct professional and effective presentations to a practitioner.
• Ability to work extended hours as duties require.
• Strong teamwork, communication (written and oral), client management, and interpersonal skills.
• Must have excellent time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Effectively conduct physician, staff and patient training in marketing, financial, therapy, forms and patient seminars.
• Research and evaluate physicians based on client criteria for appropriateness and suitability.
• Present training and business programs to physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants and office staff.
• Recruit suitable physicians and practitioners through prospecting, appointments and presentations.
• Cultivate partnerships to grow practices and maintain patient retention.
• Secure contracts, paperwork and payments for attendees to participate in trainings.
• Conduct monthly patient educational seminars for trained practitioners.
• Prospect new leads and identify quality sales opportunities.
• Attend marketing and sales events for prospects and current customers.
• Work with customers for referrals and update CRM with sales activities.
• Close sales monthly to meet or exceed targets.
