Loom Remodelers in Cherry Hill, NJ seeks an experienced Sales Manager to lead, mentor, and grow our in-home sales team. You will coach consultants, drive close rates, and expand revenue across South Jersey.

Partner with marketing and events to ensure timely lead follow-up, run coaching ride-alongs, and develop talent. This role requires 5+ years in home improvement sales and 3+ years in leadership, with a proven track record.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of successful in-home or home improvement sales experience (bath, kitchen, windows, roofing, solar, or related industries).
• 3+ years of sales leadership, training, or management experience.
• Proven track record of consistently closing sales and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and coach a team of In-Home Sales Consultants.
• Conduct ride-along and in-home consultations for coaching.
• Run a minimum of five appointments per week alongside sales representatives.
