Loom Remodelers is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead, develop, and inspire our In-Home Sales Consultants across South Jersey and southeastern Pennsylvania. You will coach in-field, stay active in the field, and drive appointment success and close rates.

Collaborate with marketing/events and inside sales to optimize lead management, while delivering ongoing training and performance accountability to the team.

Formación

• 5+ years in-home or home improvement sales (bath, kitchen, windows, roofing, etc).
• 3+ years in sales leadership, training, or management.
• Proven track record of closing sales and driving revenue growth.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, train, and coach a team of In-Home Sales Consultants.
• Conduct ride-alongs and in-home consultations for coaching.
• Run at least five appointments per week with reps as training.
• Review appointments and assist with closing opportunities.
• Analyze performance and implement strategies to hit goals.
• Handle cancel-save opportunities and recover potential lost sales.
• Collaborate with marketing/events to ensure leads are followed up.
• Prepare ongoing sales training sessions and establish performance standards.
