Loom Remodelers in Cherry Hill, NJ is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and mentor our in-home sales consultants, improving close rates and developing talent. You will stay active in the field, work with marketing and events to ensure timely lead follow-up, and drive a culture of accountability and success.

The role requires 5+ years in-home sales and 3+ years of leadership, with a strong track record of closing deals, financing discussions, and coaching teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in-home or home improvement sales experience.
• 3+ years in sales leadership, training, or management.
• Proven track record of closing sales and growing revenue.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities.
• Experience discussing financing options with homeowners.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• CRM experience and strong organizational abilities.
• Proficient with technology (iPads, presentation software, e-contracts).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Able to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and coach a team of In‑Home Sales Consultants.
• Join ride-alongs and in‑home consultations for coaching.
• Schedule and run at least five appointments weekly with reps.
• Review appointments and assist with closing opportunities.
• Analyze sales performance and set daily/weekly/monthly goals.
• Manage cancel‑save events and recover lost sales.
• Collaborate with marketing and events for lead follow-up.
• Facilitate ongoing sales training sessions.
• Set performance standards and accountability across the team.
• Partner with rehash team to maximize closing rates.
• Prepare and lead sales trainings.
• Drive growth and leadership development.
