Loom Remodelers in Cherry Hill, NJ is seeking a Sales Manager to lead and coach our in-home sales consultants while staying active in the field. You will drive close rates, develop sales talent, and maximize lead opportunities with strong accountability culture.

You’ll collaborate with marketing, events, and inside sales teams to ensure leads are managed and appointments positioned for success. This role requires evenings and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of in-home or home improvement sales experience (bath, kitchen, windows, roofing, solar, or related industries).
• 3+ years of sales leadership, training, or management experience.
• Proven track record of consistently closing sales and driving revenue growth.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
• Experience discussing financing options with homeowners.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• CRM experience and strong organizational abilities.
• Comfortable using technology, including iPads, presentation software, and electronic contract systems.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends when needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and coach a team of In-Home Sales Consultants.
• Conduct ride-alongs and in-home consultations to provide hands-on coaching and support.
• Run a minimum of five appointments per week alongside sales representatives as a training and development tool.
• Review appointments scheduled by the Inside Sales Team.
• Assist representatives with closing opportunities when additional support is needed.
• Analyze sales performance and implement strategies to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
• Handle cancel-save appointments and help recover potential lost sales.
• Partner with the rehash team to revisit opportunities and maximize closing rates.
• Prepare and facilitate ongoing sales training sessions.
• Establish team expectations, performance standards, and accountability measures.
• Work closely with marketing and events teams to ensure timely lead follow-up and appointment management.
