You will work on-site in Dallas, leveraging your leadership and sales expertise to expand market presence and ensure top performance across the sales organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business or related field.
• 7+ years in progressively responsible sales roles.
• Proven leadership and multi-location experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales and profit performance for your business unit, driving growth, market share, and customer retention.
• Coach, develop, and support a high-performing sales team with clear expectations and accountability.
• Hire, train, and manage Account Managers while building strong bench strength for the future.
