Job summary

COGO Nation’s Lee Arnold System seeks an experienced Sales Manager to lead a team of Business Development Consultants in Coeur d'Alene. This on-site role focuses on developing talent, guiding consultative selling, and driving revenue growth while maintaining high ethical standards and client trust.

You will lead coaching, onboarding, and performance reviews, partner with executive leadership, and shape the sales culture on the floor to deliver exceptional client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience directly managing and developing salespeople with accountability for performance.
• Strong ability to coach, mentor, and build high-performing teams.
• Excellent consultative selling skills and the ability to teach those skills to others.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop your people through coaching, onboarding, and performance management.
• Own the team's sales results: revenue, conversion, productivity, and pipeline.
• Teach consultants to ask thoughtful questions, understand goals, communicate value, and drive decisions.
• Lead daily sales huddles and set standards for preparation, professionalism, and follow-through.
• Partner with Marketing, Client Success, and leadership to improve training, lead quality, and client experience.
