Do you find real satisfaction in helping someone discover what they're capable of? Do you see potential in others, invest in their success, and take pride in watching them achieve something they once thought was out of reach?
That's where great leadership starts for us.
At Lee Arnold System, we help people gain the knowledge, tools, and strategies to pursue opportunities in real estate investing and private lending. Our Business Development Consultants guide prospective clients through important decisions about their future. We believe those conversations should be built on genuine care, honest guidance, and a commitment to helping people succeed.
We're looking for an experienced Sales Manager who brings that same commitment to leading our team.
You will get to know your consultants, understand what motivates them, develop their strengths, and help them overcome the obstacles holding them back. You'll celebrate their wins, challenge them to improve, and hold them to the standards you've established together.
Caring about people sometimes means having difficult conversations, giving candid feedback, and holding them accountable. Great leaders know how to do those things while building trust and earning respect.
This is a full-time, non-selling leadership role where your success comes through the success of the people you lead.
We're investing in a stronger sales organization through better performance data, coaching tools, training, and a culture of exceptional service.
You’ll lead our Business Development Consultants as they help prospective clients understand our educational programs and determine whether those programs are right for their goals and circumstances.
You’ll have the opportunity to develop individual consultants, build a more capable and consistent team, and work directly with executive leadership to improve how we serve our clients and achieve our business goals.
We believe developing people and delivering results go hand in hand. You’ll be accountable for both.
You are a proven people leader who understands sales, genuinely enjoys developing others, and takes responsibility for the results of your team.
This position requires working on‑site in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. Candidates willing to relocate are welcome.
