Job summary

Champion Home Builders seeks a Sales Manager in Training in the Austin, TX area, to lead store sales and marketing efforts within Titan Factory Direct’s expansion. You will drive a high-energy selling culture, partner with executives, and align team actions with company goals to boost revenue and market share.

The role includes mentoring the sales team, coordinating interviews, and executing creative strategies to increase traffic and in-store sales.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and negotiation/closing skills.
• Ability to lead and train a sales team.
• Marketing skills including social media and other sales platforms.
• Must follow up with all customers within 24 hours of initial contact.
• Develop and implement executive-level sales and marketing plans.
