Job summary

Champion Home Builders seeks a dynamic Sales Manager in Training in the Austin, Texas area. You will join our Manager in Training program before assuming full responsibilities for leading sales and marketing at your site location.

You will develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth, enhance market share, and create an energized, results-driven selling culture in collaboration with Titan leaders.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and negotiation/closer skills.
• Lead and train the sales team; high enthusiasm and energy.
• Marketing skills including social media and other sales platforms.
• Follow up with customers within 24 hours of initial contact.
• Develop and plan sales and marketing strategies at an executive level to maximize results.
• Motivate, inspire, and coach a winning team.
• Recruit and schedule interviews weekly for store success.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
