Job summary

Titan Factory Direct in the San Antonio area is expanding and seeking a Sales Manager in Training to lead the site’s sales and marketing efforts. You will build an energized selling culture and partner with Titan leaders to implement strategic plans that drive revenue and market share growth.

The program emphasizes leadership development, fast-paced execution, and strong customer engagement, with aggressive performance-based compensation.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and negotiation/closer skills.
• Ability to lead and train a sales team with enthusiasm.
• Marketing skills including social media and other sales platforms.
• Follow up with customers within 24 hours of initial contact.
• Develop and plan sales/marketing strategies at an executive level.
• Motivate, inspire, and coach a winning team.
• Assist with recruiting and interviews weekly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Possess strong communication and negation/closer skills.

• Must follow up with all customers who are eligible to purchase and/or have purchased with Titan within 24 hours of the initial contact to ensure excellent customer service.
• Ensure that sales and marketing strategies are developed and planned at an executive level to produce max results.
• Motivate, inspire, and coach a winning team that works positively together.
• Help recruit and set interviews weekly for the store's overall success.
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Persuasive but creative strategies to increase traffic and sales in-store.
• Must be a fast-paced, independent, and motivated self-starter with a drive to succeed.
