Qualifications

• Sales Management experience of 3-5 years required.
• Sales Counselor and sales supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience presenting, training, coaching and motivating salespeople a plus.
• Valid state license and compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed established location sales quotas.
• Provide initial and ongoing sales instruction to ensure customer needs are met.
• Manage Sales Counselors as primary reference for aftercare, prospecting and sales process.
• Develop marketing programs to fit community demographics and drive prospects.
