Job summary

3Search is seeking a Sales Manager in the US to lead and develop a local sales team. Based in Miami or DC, you\'ll oversee 8–12 Account Executives and drive outbound new business.

You will partner with the VP of Sales to embed processes, coach reps, manage pipeline, and deliver against targets while shaping the company\'s expansion in healthcare fintech space.

$140–170k base + commission tied to team performance ( $280k-$340k OTE)

Miami or Washington DC

We’re partnering with a growing fintech business helping healthcare practices manage their spending and payments. As it expands across the US, the company is hiring Sales Managers to lead and develop its local sales teams.

You’ll eventually manage 8–12 Account Executives, working closely with an experienced VP of Sales to improve performance and build a consistent approach to winning new business. The customer base is primarily small businesses, so this will suit someone comfortable leading an active, outbound sales team.

You’ll take ownership of:

• Coaching and developing AEs, helping them improve prospecting, discovery, objection handling and closing.
• Delivering against team targets, setting clear expectations and holding reps accountable for results.
• Managing pipeline and deal progression, identifying opportunities, gaps and where individual sellers need support.
• Embedding sales processes and training, working with leadership as the business develops its sales organisation.
• Building a strong team culture, combining clear performance standards with practical, day-to-day support.

We’re looking for someone with:

• Experience managing Account Executives in an SMB or commercial sales environment.
• A track record of achieving team targets and improving individual rep performance.
• Strong coaching skills and the ability to get involved in live opportunities.
• Experience with outbound sales and generating new business.
• The adaptability to help build processes within a growing company.

Experience in fintech, payments, banking, lending or healthcare would be valuable.
